The continuous current of this controller is 100amp and it can operate satisfactory between 12v and 50v max. This means that this controller can operate continuous at 5000w output. (on 50v dc supply) The peak current of 200amps can be sustained for 1 minute. It can also accept the standard or the advance control board.
The advance control board features 32bit processor with processing speed of 64 mb/s and 16mb of memory. This makes it particularly suited for application where position control isalso required.
Optional ports available on this board is a LAN/internet port and 2 RS485 ports. The latter can be useful if 2 or more controllers need to be cascaded to control a more complicated process.
An application of this feature is for the steering of an electric car when the steering is done with 2 separate motors driving the front or the rear wheels.
